These draft terms govern use of www.nasheo.com, the brand-setup flow, and the Nasheo workspace. Nasheo provides organic search services for licensed cannabis operators and brands working toward licensure, including Farm Bill–compliant lines, in any US state where the brand operates.

By starting brand setup or using the workspace, you represent that you are 21 or older and authorized to bind the brand named in the intake.
What we do
Nasheo provides organic-search work: technical SEO, on-page, local/Maps work for licensed storefronts, content briefs, schema specifications, and related reporting. The default Foundation sprint is a 30-day foundation. Day-30 success is leading indicators (indexation, GBP completeness where eligible, pages and briefs shipped). It is not Map Pack or “weed near me” rankings.
We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, traffic, Map Pack placement, AI-search citations, or ad-platform eligibility. Google, Meta, and similar networks still restrict or prohibit most cannabis advertising. Organic search is not a workaround for those rules.
We do not buy links, run PBNs, create doorway city farms, buy reviews, cloak age gates, or write health or cure claims.
What you must provide
Accurate brand, license, NAP, and access (Search Console, analytics, GBP where you have a storefront). Delivery-only operators with no public storefront: we will not create a fake Google Business Profile.
You are the advertiser of your own brand. You approve regulated copy. Nasheo is not your cannabis counsel.
Fees (as shown in the live setup flow on August 30, 2026)
- Foundation: $1,500 one-time
- Foundation + retain: $1,500 one-time plus $900 per month
The live checkout currently states that this is a sandbox charge, not a live card network, and that Stripe and PayPal are not used. Until a high-risk merchant account is actually wired, completing setup does not collect a card and does not create a binding paid order through the site. Invoices, if any, will be issued separately.
Cannabis-related payments may require a specialized high-risk merchant. Mainstream card networks may refuse the category.
Workspace
The workspace is a working file for assigned operators. It is not a consumer portal. Today it is session-based and is not a substitute for email with hello@nasheo.com.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site to market to anyone under 21, to submit another brand’s data without authority, or to request spam, fake reviews, stealth THC ads, or medical claims.
Intellectual property
Nasheo keeps its playbooks, tools, and site. You keep your brand assets. Work product we create for your domain is licensed to you for that engagement unless a signed SOW says otherwise.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NASHEO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SEARCH ENGINES WILL INDEX, RANK, OR CITE YOUR PAGES.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NASHEO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID NASHEO IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST RANKINGS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Nasheo against claims arising from your products, licenses, advertising, or copy you approve, including cannabis regulatory claims.
Governing law
California law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue in the state or federal courts located in California, unless counsel specifies a county.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after notice is acceptance of the update, except that a signed SOW controls if it conflicts.
